Ginger water helps in a lot in terms of the body such as weight loss, controlling sugar level, controlling cholesterol level at bay, certain pains and help with morning sickness. Although, it must be kept in mind that excessive ginger has its own losses such as causing heartburn, gas and abdominal pain, etc.
Half a teaspoon in a glass of 200 ml is enough after breakfast. Although grated ginger boiled in water is great but you can also put the grated ginger in normal water and leave it for approximately half an hour and then drink it. The taste of ginger is too strong so if you want then you can add a little bit of lemon juice or honey to the water.
