I welcome you to this very new and fresh blog where I'll let you know about the food you eat and how it affects your body along with certain myths existing in the food industry.
First of all, being put on a diet does not mean eating less amount of food, it just means that taking right amounts of nutrients in a balanced form.
Secondly, there are a lot of myths about the fats including ghee, oil and butter products that these products increase weight but on a contrary these fats in a right amount helps your body to absorb vitamins and minerals.
Thirdly, skipping meals do not help, on a contrary, it increases gas in your stomach resulting in weight gain and other gastric problems.
To wind up, there are a lot of things which we are not aware of about the food we eat. So, here I'll be your Food Captain who'll fly you out of the unhealthy sky into a healthy land
