Amidst the Corona, it is very important to maintain your immunity in such a way that your daily routine does not get affected.
So, today I'll discuss with you the quantities and qualities of certain

1. Include Turmeric(Haldi)(1tsp), Neem(5-10 leaves), Lemon juice(1 tsp), Ginger(1inch), Amla(1 in raw form/1tsp in juice form), Honey(1tsp) and Chawanprash(1regular spoon) in your day. You can eat them raw or in powdered form and if you want to go creative you can make a smoothie out of it mixing all these ingredients with milk or you can boil them all in a form to make Kadha. Raw or with water, these ingredients can do wonders for your body.

2. Golden milk or water should be taken twice a day to keep your body warm and free from bacterias.
It comprises of half tsp of turmeric in 250ml of milk or water for those who are lactose intolerant.

3.  Along with this, you can add bell peppers, broccoli, spinach, garlic, yogurt, and sunflower seeds as vegetables as a part of a whole meal. Kiwi and papaya as fruits are great immunity boosters. Also, replace your regular tea with green tea as it contains antioxidants resulting in immunity-boosting properties.

4. After eating, we need to focus on our body so for that we require certain yoga asanas that help in boosting our immunity or build our core for any alien body. 5. Practicing Simha Kriya(for the lungs) which is done by sitting in a straight posture, putting your palms on both of your knees then lift the arms in such a way that your ribcage lifts up the diaphragm region, take your tongue out and extend it fully out and exhale 21 times, after that open your mouth in such a way that your jaws have a passage for air to move out of your mouth and exhale similarly with pressure 21 times again and then sit quietly for about 2 minutes. It strengthen your lungs and prepares them for alien bodies and even if it has entered your body, it will help in getting rid of it.

Next is Suryabheedi in which we close one nostril for about 5-10 minutes and breath with the other one. It generates heat in our body and gives warmth to it.
